101 Arch Street is located in Boston’s Financial District, adjacent to the Downtown Crossing retail shopping area. The 21-story tower contains over 400,000 square feet of Class-A office and retail space, and is the only building in the financial district that provides direct indoor access to Boston’s MBTA subway system.

CLASS A OFFICE TOWER ADJACENT TO BOSTON’S RETAIL SHOPPING DISTRICT

When under construction, the upper three floors of the historic Kennedy department store facade were preserved and integrated into the design of this tower. The project was completed in 1989.
