Boston Global Investors has been retained as Master Plan Development Consultant by United Technologies Corporation (UTC) to transform its 47-acre Rocketdyne site into a sustainable urban neighborhood. The project is located within the 924-acre area known as LA Warner Center. BGI has proposed a $3 billion master plan with a dynamic mix of uses, amenities, open space and an active public realm. The master plan is designed to better meet the needs of the community for a 24/7, transit-oriented location and to attract new residents and businesses to the area.
A SUSTAINABLE, TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN LA WARNER CENTER
This development will meet or surpass new environmental regulations with design strategies aimed at conserving water, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and optimizing energy to enhance the overall quality of life. The master plan was developed by HOK and Arup.The LA Warner Center Rocketdyne site is a development of United Technologies Corporation.
