Lafayette Lofts is a beautifully redeveloped building in Boston’s old textile district that was transformed from a former industrial space into a desirable residential boutique building with clean, modern lines. Adjacent to Boston’s financial district and the new Rose Kennedy Greenway, the 42,000 square foot project includes 42 condominium units and was completed in 2005.
