One Franklin will be a new landmark building in the center of Downtown Crossing, the heart of Boston’s retail shopping district. The project will include a mix of uses including retail, residential and office space, in addition to public realm improvements to the area. Centrally located next to Boston’s Financial District and a ten minute walk to the Waterfront, Beacon Hill or Newbury Street, One Franklin integrates a historic building designed by Daniel Burnham in the early 20th century with a 39-story, 1.25 million square foot modern tower.

Designed by Elkus Manfredi, this exciting mixed-use project has received LEED Silver pre-certification.

BGI is co-developing One Franklin with Vornado Realty Trust. The project is owned by Vornado Realty Trust, JP Morgan Special Situation Fund and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation.
