One Lincoln Street, now known as State Street Financial Center, is a 1.1 million square foot commercial office tower. Located at the edge of the Financial District next to Boston’s Chinatown, the project helped revitalize the area when it was completed in 2003 at the cost of $350 million.

A LANDMARK TOWER IN BOSTON’S FINANCIAL DISTRICT

Standing at 503 feet (153 m) tall with 36 floors of office space, the skyscraper has a five-level underground garage that provides parking for 900 cars. One Lincoln was 100% pre-leased to State Street Corporation as the financial institution’s headquarters and sold in 2004 for $705 million. The project was designed by TRO Jung Brannen.

One Lincoln is a joint development of Gale International and Morgan Stanley.
