About YOTEL Boston

Located at 65 Seaport Boulevard, the YOTEL Boston project is a 326 micro-room hotel. The 11-story 99,000 square foot building features dining, workspace, and a rooftop lounge with skyline views of Downtown Boston.

As project developer, Boston Global Investors worked with Wheelock Street Capital and Tishman Construction to complete and open YOTEL Boston in the summer of 2017.

About Songdo Canal Walk

The Songdo Canal Walk is a true mixed-use project incorporating retail and residential space featuring four blocks of 8 low-rise buildings with supporting parking structures that run along a 1,500 foot living canal.

Green spaces with abundant seating and reflection areas create a vibrant yet relaxing pedestrian atmosphere made all the more inviting by the amazing water features.

Songdo Canal Walk was a joint venture between Gale International, Posco E&C and Morgan Stanley.

About One Seaport Square

One Seaport Square is a monumental luxury high-rise apartment and retail development project in the Seaport Square District of South Boston that consists of 836 units in two towers, twenty-two and twenty stories respectively, located above three stories of retail and three levels of underground parking. The 1.1M square foot project was one of Boston’s largest mixed-use developments in decades and qualifies for LEED Silver Certification. With a 4th quarter of 2014 ground breaking, One Seaport Square was completed in 2017, on schedule and on budget.

Boston Global Investors and its development team, BGI Development Advisors, partnered with Berkshire Group (residential) , PSP Investments and WS Development (retail) to develop the various components of this substantial mixed-use project situated at the gateway to Boston’s vibrant new Seaport Square neighborhood.

BGI’s responsibilities included Master Planning, Contract Negotiation, Permitting, Financing, & Construction Management.
