About Songdo First World

Songdo First World is the first residential project completed in the Songdo International Business District. Located adjacent to Songdo Convensia and the Northeast Asia Trade Tower, Songdo First World features four 65-story towers with over 2,500 residential and workspace units and ground-level retail.

The luxury apartment residences offer homes in various sizes with exceptional views of the Songdo skyline and nearby Central Park.

Songdo First World was a joint venture between Gale International, Posco E&C, and Morgan Stanley.

About Songdo Central Park

Songdo Central Park is a 100-acre public park located in the Songdo International Business District (IBD). Covering nearly 10% of Songdo IBD’s total land area, the park serves as a tranquil oasis amidst the urban surroundings.

The centerpiece of Songdo IBD’s green space plan, Songdo Central Park features a 1.1 mile seawater canal that refreshes every 24 hours. A variety of walking paths and foot bridges weave their way throughout the park, granting visitors a place of refuge and relaxation.

Songdo Central Park was a joint venture between Gale International, Posco E&C, and Morgan Stanley.

About Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea

Located within the Songdo International Business District, the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club Korea is an 18-hole championship golf course featuring an elegant clubhouse and an advanced practice center. From the back tees, the course exceeds 7,400 yards.

The Golf Club features dining space, private meeting rooms, spa, fitness and swimming facilities, and a professionally staffed golf shop designed to deliver the community with a true recreational and leisurely experience. In addition to hosting the 2010 & 2011 PGA Champions Tour, and the 2015 Presidents Cup, the course is among 25 exclusive Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses worldwide.

About Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage

Located at 51 Seaport Boulevard, the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage is the first new Chapel built for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese in Boston since 1952. Completed in 2016, the landmark building provides Downtown Boston and the emerging Seaport District with services ranging from daily Mass to weddings and community meetings.
