About Shrine of Our Lady of Good Voyage

At 51 Seaport Blvd, the Our Lady of Good Voyage is the first new Chapel built for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston in over 50 years. Since its completion in 2016, this landmark building has become the gateway between Downtown Boston and the Seaport district, and provides the emerging neighborhood with services ranging from daily mass, to weddings and community meetings.

About YOTEL Boston

The Yotel Boston project,  developed with  Wheelock Street Capital, is a 326 room micro hotel built at 65 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA.  The Yotel is an 11 story, 99,000 square foot hotel building with ground floor and roof-top public lounge areas. 

The project broke ground in September 2015 and was completed and opened in the summer of  2017.  Boston Global Investors served as the project developer and Tishman Construction as the project construction manager.

Motor Mart

About Motor Mart

Located at 201 Stuart Street, Boston, BGI is the developer of the Motor Mart site with development partner CIM Group LLC. The redevelopment will change the existing eight-story, Motor Mart Garage into a vibrant, mixed-use building by adding basement level retail space while reducing parking areas and constructing new condominiums within and above the western portion of the existing building.  The 28-story residential tower rising out of the existing building will create approximately 224 new condominium units, while housing approximately 65,000 sf of retail and restaurant space and retaining over 600 parking spaces within the existing 8-story site.

401 Congress

About 401 Congress

Boston’s next great office building, 401 Congress in Boston’s Seaport District is being developed by BGI and a diverse partnership formed with The Cogsville Group,  Bastion Companies, LLC, and EDGE Technologies. The project will be an 18-story, 600,000 SF office tower on a 1.1-acre parcel under a ground lease with the Massachusetts Port Authority.  Massport awarded the development to BGI’s joint venture in December 2018, and the world-class development team has commenced schematic design and permitting outreach with a goal of breaking ground in late-2020.
