55 Seaport

Completed in 2016, 55 Seaport Boulevard is a four-story, 13,500 square foot office and retail building located at the entrance of the Seaport District. The boutique mixed-use development by Boston Global Investors is the first office site one passes when entering South Boston and the Seaport District from the Financial District. Situated adjacent to Moakley Bridge and minutes from Downtown Boston, 55 Seaport is now home to BGI’s Corporate Headquarters and a Capital One Café on the lower two floors.

BGI’s responsibilities included Master planning, contract negotiation, budgeting & underwriting, capital formation, design & construction management, marketing & leasing, and asset management.
