55 Seaport

A boutique mixed-use development by BGI that was completed in late 2016, 55 Seaport Boulevard is a first-class, four-story, 13,500 square foot office and retail building located at the gateway to the Seaport District. Steps from Downtown Boston and adjacent to Moakley Bridge, it is the first office site one passes as they enter South Boston and the Seaport from the Financial District. The building is now home to BGI’s corporate headquarters as well as a Capital One Cafe on the lower two floors.
